Prices

Prices are per person per night unless stated otherwise. We will send you an exact quote based on your dates, the number of guests and which studios are free.

Children and discounts

  • Children up to 12 sharing a studio with two paying adults: 40% off.
  • Longer stays, larger groups and off-season dates leave room for a better price. Tell us what you have in mind.

Terms of stay

  • Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 10:00.
  • A reservation is confirmed once a deposit of 50% of the price of the stay is paid.
  • Free cancellation 31 or more days before arrival. If you cancel later, the deposit is not refunded.
  • The whole building is non-smoking.
  • We do not accept pets, out of consideration for other guests.
